I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, particularly at the back of the building where there was no street noise at all. The setup with a separate living area and a kitchenette was great, making it feel more like a suite or apartment hotel. However, there were some noise issues that could be bothersome.

The rooms were well-equipped, and it was a great value for the 'luxury room' experience with towels provided. The hotel staff was incredibly courteous and always went out of their way to make us feel at home in the lovely Chapultepec neighborhood of Mexico City. The location was superb, situated in a charming residential area within walking distance to top restaurants, Chapultepec Park, and museums, even though some maintenance issues were noticed.
